Returns Policy

1.1 Returns Process

To request a return, customers must notify Skin Wrkout™ and request a return form within 48 hours of receiving their package. Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of receipt, using a recorded delivery method. All products must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition to be eligible for a refund.

1.2 Rights Reserved

Skin Wrkout™ reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our returns policy.

1.3 Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please complete and submit a claims form within 48 hours of receipt. Our team will assess the situation and provide a resolution. Returns for damaged/faulty products that do not adhere to our policy will not be accepted.

1.4 Non-Returnable Items

Items that cannot be returned include, but are not limited to:

  • Unsealed products
  • Swatched or used products
  • Relabelled or tampered products
  • Products with any kind of damage (except for received damaged or faulty items)
  • Partially missing items or items from exclusive sets

2. Order Cancellation and Amendments

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Customers should double-check all order details, including shipping address, name, phone number, payment details, and product selection before placing the order. Skin Wrkout™ is not responsible for errors made during the ordering process.

2.1 Address Corrections

We are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been placed.

2.2 Order Tracking

All orders are provided with a tracking number, which will be sent via email. Customers can track their order using the instructions provided in the order confirmation email.

2.3 Non-Delivery of Orders

If your order has not arrived, please refer to the tracking number in your order confirmation email to check the delivery status. If the order has not been received, contact our customer service team with your order and tracking numbers for assistance.
